Awareness Month in October is breast cancer. Men and women can take preventative measures to prevent breast cancer and stay healthy. The essentials within your grasp include:
• Aerobic exercise 3-4 times a week
• Maintaining a positive mental attitude
• Breathwork and deepening body-awareness (yoga is great)
• Expressing your feelings to keep your energy flow
• Eating healthy foods and taking the “right” supplements
• Avoid toxicity.
Some things to avoid:
Any restriction of drugs. Products such as Tylenol, Sudafid, Bromo seltzer, vicodin, and many other leading down by the glutathione levels in the body. The glutathione is an essential antioxidant and pjo ‘detoxifier.

It also means that you have a wide range of alternative and complementary treatment options. So learn the signs.
Nobody knows your body as well. That’s why it is essential to the competition while your breasts every month – so you can detect any changes that occur. When you self-tender reassure that your body is still in great condition.

The signs to pay attention to include the following:
• One piece, a hard knot or a density
• Swelling, warmth
• Redness or darkening
• Change in size or form
• Wrinkling or skin
• Itching or scaling, especially in the nipple

• Sudden discharge from the nipple
• New pain in one place
